Profile standard

A serious member identity, not a social-media profile.

Accounts are designed around privacy, saved work, and clear account controls. An optional avatar is part of the free profile, but medical information and community features remain separate protected capabilities.

Preview statusAccount activation remains locked

This branch establishes the member experience while the protected account/session runtime remains closed. No signup form on this page writes account or medical data yet.

These controls will activate only after the existing account/session security gates are deliberately opened.
Free member workspace

Saved work should feel like a secure case folder, not a feed.

The primary free-account benefit is continuity. Members can keep the outputs they intentionally save from free tools and return to them later.

Clear account boundaries

Free continuity. Paid protected workspace.

Saving a free-tool output should not require a subscription. Deeper medical-data storage, document processing, verified source context, and advanced drafting are separate supporter capabilities.

Free account
  • Save the outputs you choose from free tools and return to them later.
  • Use a professional profile with a display name and optional avatar.
  • Rename, download, or permanently delete your own saved work.
  • Keep free-tool use available even when you do not sign in.
Supporter workspace
  • A private medical workspace for structured conditions, medications, providers, and care information.
  • Document upload and text extraction after privacy, retention, and deletion controls are activated.
  • Verified state and official-source context for supported tasks when source-readiness gates pass.
  • Advanced drafting and packet workflows that reduce repeated typing while keeping user review mandatory.

Privacy and control

Saved advocacy work may contain sensitive health information.

Free saved outputs still require strong privacy controls because a draft can contain medications, symptoms, providers, diagnoses, or care events. The account design therefore treats saved work as private user content rather than ordinary analytics data.

User-controlled savingNothing should be saved silently just because a person is signed in.
Clear deletionMembers should be able to permanently delete saved work and understand what deletion means.
Billing separationPayment and entitlement records should remain separate from health-content storage.
No hidden reuseSaved medical or advocacy content should not become public profile content or community content by default.
